Dave Muth
Project Manager

After working as a draftsman for an architectural firm and attending college for two years, Dave Muth joined the Chicago District Council of Carpenters. During his 16-year tenure as a journeyman carpenter, 9 of those were spent running his own firm specializing in the installation of finish carpentry and architectural millwork.

In 2002, Dave and his family relocated to the Coachella Valley. Shortly after moving to the Desert, Dave met Gary Lohman and was impressed that he also shared his passion for design excellence and the desire to execute it to perfection. Recognizing this, Gary created a project management position for Dave at the Andrew Pierce Corporation.

In this capacity, Dave is responsible for the coordination of plans through the permitting process, budgeting, value engineering, and contract negotiation, the oversight of construction managers as well as quality control.

Dave has a very good design sense and a vast technical knowledge and is able to execute them both simultaneously in harmony. He has very good people skills and is able to communicate effectively with homeowners, consultants and tradesmen to achieve the desired goal.

Custom homebuilding requires the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently; Dave rises to this occasion and welcomes the challenges that they bring. He looks forward to bringing your dream to reality.
