Client Perspective

The Andrew Pierce Corporation was founded with the goal of providing exceptional value and quality to custom home building in the Coachella Valley. Combining their diverse building backgrounds, the two principals, Gary Lohman and Tad Smyth, have formed a dynamic team approach to the building process. Their efforts have led them to the completion of several award-winning custom home projects, including the Home of the Year – Grand Award granted by the Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference, Award for Best Custom Home from the National association of Home Builders, and many others.

Equally important is the company’s successful relationships with their clients, the home owners, with they have built a reputation based on integrity, quality and honesty. By limiting the number of projects they undertake, Andrew Pierce Corporation is able to focus on the individual’s need and offer clients a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
