McClarand, Vasquez, Emsick Partners, the Architect and Planner for this Project designed three floor plans ranging from 2,500 to 2,760 sf that offer casual living with patios including lakes and streams into the desert landscape. The style is a blend of rustic and modern with stone walls and low sloping roof lines creating the living spaces that embrace the natural setting at The Reserve Country Club. These patio homes include separate private entries through custom iron and copper gates. The homes offer all of the amenities of a larger custom home in a smaller package. Buyers were allowed to select interior finishes from a matrix provided by the interior designer or provide their own custom interior specifications. These high end vacation homes accommodate the getaway golf lifestyle filling a niche at this premier desert golf club.
